Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, timezone, country, profile photo, and for teachers their qualifications and subjects.
• Learning data: classes, attendance, fees and invoices, whiteboards, and — where your academy enables it — class recordings and AI teaching-quality reports.
• Security data: sign-in times, IP address, approximate country and browser/device type, used to protect your account.

2. Why we use it

To run classes for your academy, keep accounts secure, send the emails and SMS you need (verification codes, class reminders, invoices), and — only if you allow it — to produce anonymised statistics that help us improve LearnlyPro.

3. We never sell your data

Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers. Platform analytics are internal to Hol-hub Technologies and never exposed outside TOT.

4. Your choices

• Turn usage analytics on or off at any time from Privacy & data. If you opt out, your activity is excluded from all platform statistics.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails with one click.
• Review and sign out devices from Security.

5. Deleting your data

You can request erasure of your personal data from Privacy & data → Request data deletion. Requests are processed by your academy or TOT; your personal details are removed and your account closed. Anonymised class and financial records may be kept where needed for the academy's legal obligations.

6. Children

Student accounts for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who must verify their phone number and can make privacy choices for their children.

7. Class recording

Draft wording. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Live classes are recorded: audio and screen of every class, the teacher's video, and a student's video only when a parent has allowed the camera. Recordings are kept for 15 days and then deleted automatically, unless the academy keeps a class longer to review a complaint or a rule violation. Recordings are seen only by the academy admin and LearnlyPro support, and every view is logged. A parent can withdraw video or recording consent at any time under Privacy & data; a child without recording consent cannot join live classes, and a child without video consent joins with the camera off.
